local Cumberland Presbyterian church
to restrain the antl-unlon element
from using the Cumberland Presbyter-
ian church and to prevent them from
publishing and seiling the confession
of faith and from using the name Cum
berland Presbyterian, will be given a
hearing today beforo Judge Martin at
Boonvllle. where it was taken on a
change of venue. The trouble orig-
inated at the time of the union oC the
Presbyterian and Cumberland church
bodies. That part of the Cumberland
church ln this city that opposed the
merger took possession of the church
property and barred the unionists.

spected tonight by Adjutant General
Niles, who started Monday on a tour
of Inspection of the territorial militia.
As the government provides the equip-
ment and large amounts toward the
maintenance of the militia, annual In-
spections are made In order to secure
reports on the condition of the com-
panies and the necessary require-
ments.
