1st We will sell yon a farm of 80 or 160 acres of fine land that will grow a crop every year worth $100.00 per acre. Our price on this land is $30.00
cash, no other payments for two years, the balance divided into nine equal payments bearing 6 per cent interest.
2nd. We will sell you a farm of 80 or 160 acres of fine land at $30.00 per acre and furnish you the lumber and hardware to build you a nice house, barn and aU outbuildings, also fur-

from the balance of the farm; the entire farm fenced with galvanized woven wire 26 inches high and two barb wires, post oak and white oak posts set a rod a part, two feet in the ground, making
a very strong and substantial fence. The house is finished complete, size 26x28, four rooms, all nicely papered, with well at the house with pump in the kitchen, also sink and drain. House
beautifully painted in and out. This will make you a very attractive home, and place you in a position to make money.
