sated by fees or commissions but only

principal ministerial officer of the cor-
poration. He shall by himself or by
deputy, execute and return all writs

deputies, shall attend upon the sittings
of the City Court and preserve order

ARTICLE VIII.
The City Court.
Section 1. The City Court shall con-
sist of a City Judge, who shall possess

of Shawnee shall have:
