Maramac Oil Co. wildcat well on the
Adler farm in northeast corner of
southwest quarter of sectkfn 4-20-6
has been drilled 4 feet deeper in th<'
sand and is flowing 450 barrels daily,
total depth 2,941 feet. This well was
first thought good for 150 barrels, but
like most of the best wells now un-
covered in Oklahoma it was due to
spring a surprise. Southwestern Paw-

Co's No. 2 K. Stoker, which had an
initial flow of more than 10,000 barrels
daily, is still making about 8.000 bar-
rels a day. a very small percentage of
which Is water arid below standard
pipe line oil. The well, however, is
making less water than when first
brought in on May 3. The Gulf has
already taken through Ms pipe .lines
more than 120,000 barrels of oil from
this well.
