A photograph print of Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific (CRIP, RI, or ROCK) 1711, 2-8-0 (Alco/Brooks, class C41), in the storage yard at Shawnee, OK. Photo shows an overview of the engine yard adjacent to roundhouse and engine overhaul shops. At the time, this was only one of two lcomotive shops in the RI system, the other being at Silvis, IL. [Loco in foreground is probably 2062. See 2008.008.6233]
