McFarlin Ranch Cattle Grazing in Snow

The back of the photograph proclaims, “Cattle on the McFarlin ranch, a cooperator with the Hughes County SWCD, after a 7 inch snow. Loamy Prairie range site, was in excellent condition. The grass was properly used creating a condition to hold the snow where it fell.”

Big Wewoka Flood

Description: Floodwater after a 4 inch run off rain - this is 1 mile north of Site 41, Big Wewoka. Site 41 did not go around the emergency spill. There is about 1500 acre watershed that comes into the creek just behind the structure.
