Colcord, pioneer city builder and chosen posthumously as Oklahoma City's most useful citizen of 1934, was placed on exhibition in the lobby of the Biltmore hotel Monday by representatives of Pierre Tartoue. French artist, who has been working in Oklahoma City this winter. The picture was painted from two photgraphs."
