Description: Photograph of a part of a collapsed church building, which fell into its own basement due to a flood. The back of the photograph proclaims, "Collasped [sic] church building which was recently completed. The structure had a basement. The area around the structure had not been backfilled. The were no provisions to divert flood water away from the structure."
