Photograph taken for a newspaper owned by the Oklahoma Publishing Company. Caption: "SLICED IN HALF was this car when it collided with another automobile near Pottstown, Pa. Sections of the split car are separated by more then 100 feet on the Philadelphia-Reading highway. One man in the split car was killed and another seriously injured. A man in the second auto also was killed."
