House, 26, driver of the auto. A Ponca City youth was killed in a motor scooter accident in Ponca City Thursday and two Carnegie youths were killed late Wednesday in traffic accidents. The dead: KIP LOUIS CLYDE MOHLER, 17, Ponca City. Mohler died when his motor scooter collided with a car driven by Bobby Dwain House, 25, Ponca City. The highway patrol said House was attempting to make a left turn into a root beer stand and collided almost head-on with Mohler. Monler was thrown through the windshield of the car."
