After investigation, officers said evidence indicated the two cars collided in the intersection, knocking the light-colored auto into a signal light post and highway sign. The car "slid" up the light post, then fell back down, landing on top of the second car. Dale Shelly Duke, 27, Newcastle, driver of the top car, suffered rib fractured and was taken to Mercy hospital. The other driver, Wayne Melvin Grimmwood, Route 2, Norman, was not injured. Grimwood, 21, was booked on a charge of reckless driving."
