Photograph used for a story in the Daily Oklahoman newspaper. Caption: "Adult living in a resort atmosphere is the goal of the new Woodbrier Apartments, now nearing completion on NW 38, between Ann Arbor and Grove, in Warr Acres. The $1.5 million project, on 14 1/2 acres, built by Robert P. Lammerts, is actually on a small creek which is the source of Little River. The creek which is normally almost dry will flow regularly with a small stream of water from deep wells. All of the natural big timber of the area has been left intac. The 127 units are designed to look out inot the park-like, atmosphere instead of at other apartments, with only about 14 untits to the acre compared with a normal 25 to 30...R.W. Finely was the realto who put the project together and it was designed by Alan Lower, Henry Towles is finishing up the construction. It is expected that there will be a tiny stream of clear water in the area, and the sidewalks will follow the meandering stream, which with the huge native timber will create the "resort atmosphere."
