I Mrs Westhafer, Drummond, wife of
■1. J. Westhafer, candidate for county
| superintendent, was in the city Satur-
day and underwent an operation. One
hypertrophied bone and throe distinct
polypoid turners were removed from her
nose at one sitting. Only a local anes-
thetic was used which demonstrated
Mrs. Wealhafer's superior nerve. She
has been a 111 ic ted with these growths for
i quite a while but this operation will ob-
t uu permanent relief for her.
Immediately alter this operation, Ous
jtiummerson, the real estate man of
Kremlin, was operated on. An enlarged
tonsil was removed by the Klectric
j Cautery, which will prevent Mr. (iuin-
merson from being frequently annoyed
! by a very severe recuring tonsilitis.
' Both •porations were performed by
Dr. Jenkins, of the well known firm of
Presley A. Jenkins, specialists, eye, ear,

The above item is similar to many
others that have been published in p:t

| telling of some delicate but successful
operation performed by Drs, Presley \-
Jenkins. These specialists of the eye,
fear, nose and '.liroat relieve a great
many people of their sufferings, and are
j gaining a wide reputat ion. This paper
| has had considerable business dealings
wiili Drs. Presley iV Jenkins and we are
! pleased to note the fact that they are all
they claim to be. Should any of our
readers be afflicted with any trouble of
the eye, ear, nose or throat, we recom-
mend the above gentlemen as being as
