cress, chive dressing, lemon
cream tart, coffee.
DINNER: Curried salmon
and eggs, steamed rice, but-
tered celery with minced
green parsley, enriched
bread, butter, or fortified
margarine, jellied fresh
fruits, lemon sauce, coffee,
milk.

add 4 cup boiling water and !
teaspoon salt. Cover und coo

Combine butter and flour; add sal
mon liquor and milk gradually
