Mr. and Mrs. E. Sbidler of Ed-
mond recently celebrated their gold-
en wedding. They were married at
Jersey ville, Ills.. November 18,

Miss Bessie "Cheuvront arrived
Wednesday from Cashion, Okla.,
for a visit with her parents Mr. and
Mrs. H. J. Cheuvront of the Grove-
dale district.
The Sunday School at Home Val-
ley, east of Choctaw City, has been
reorganized, with Miss King a
superintendent, and Miss Minnie
Herber as secretary.
C. W. Callarman, County farm
agent,.gave a lecture at Peach Grove
last Friday night. Stereoptican
slides were used in the lecture to
illustrate the work accomplished by
Boys’ and Girls’ clubs over the state.
Announcement was received here
Sunday of the birth of a daughter to
Prof, and Mxs. Orville St. John of
Philadelphia, Pa., on November 24,
whom they have named Margaret
Anderson. Prof. St. John is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin St. John
of Jones City.
