Choral Society Meeting
Last night the Choral Sooiety
met in the Distriot Court room
and wont into tho business of
making Bwoet strains. About
35 voic9 were in tho cIobs and
tho first singing was such as to
promise a very suocoBsful and
enjoyable career for tho olub.
At the begining tho conductor
and tho piano seemed to have
the best of it but after a few
minutes tho singers look hold
and every corner of tho big
court room waB ringing with
music
Those in tho city interested in
singing will do themselveB wrong
not to join the Choral olub. Its
momborship is less than 50 at
present and it should be 200 or
300 in a town like Anadarko.
Hero is the great chance to learn
ohoral singing nt little cost and
to got a groat deal of olovating
pleasure at tho sumo time.
