with n view to settling the differ-
ences between tho new counties in
tho division of tho tax funds both

lishment of a press bti.(k plant In

plant Ih located. It will means that
a considerable quantity of now ma

would haio been closed before now
but the promoters have not as yet
closed the ileal with certain proortj"
owners for a suitable sand pit.
A suitable clay has been found In
this section to make a first-class
pressed brick and by tho tlmo sum-
mer comes In the plant will In all
probability bo In operation.
Mr. Herschcy tho Industrial agent
of the Santa Fo was in tho city yes-
terday armed with a largo number
of liluo prints of plans for the rail-
road company and also for the pur-
pose of going over tho proposition of
the establishment of tho brick plant
In this city.
