Qiiiiraiitlne cattle arc moving to mar-
ket freely for ho early In the season
receipts hero laat week i'2H car loads
an Increase of 107 car loads over name
week IumI year. The receipts contain-
ed a lar(?o proportion of medium to In-
ferior Knots cuttle which declined'
around 'i't cents for the week while
fed K'udes lost 10 to 15 cents. The
run of tpiarautlnes ycHtenluy was again
liberal at 235 car loads market steady
to 10 lower the bent cattle holding
about Hteady today and the decline
on the lower gradea. No prime fed
steers have been here since a week
ago when top was $6.05 but some fd
heifers sold In the fjuarantine division
today at $0.00 und fed steers at $525
to $6.00 grass steers ranging down-
wards to $4.00 for thin light steers.
Hulk of the cows sell at $3.50 to $4.251
linn cowh on me cauner oruer urounu
$2.75 veal culves at $4.50 to $0.50. He-
celjits of fed cattle In the native divi
sion are dwindling and prices of fed
cattle will likely make some advances
this month and this condition will also
have tho effect of causing killers to
substitute the grass cattle whenever
possible for the high priced fed cattle.
Although the week closed Saturday
with a lower hog market the tendency
during the week was upward and
prices averaged highest of the year.
Kmi was only 00000 for the week
much below the normal for June and
the moderate supply of 10000 head to
day Indicates that the expected heavy
June receipts will fail to materialize
and that owners have not much to fear
as to prices balance of this month. The
market Is strong to 5 higher today top
$7.55 weights above 200 pounds at
$7.20 to $7.55 light hogs up to $7.35
pigs $5.75 to $0.75 when not sold right
in without sorting.
Sheep and lambs had a backset last
week declining 25 to 50 cents for the
week but this is not surprising as
the top heavy condition of the mnrket
naturally subjects it to some erratic
moves. Kun is 7000 totlay inurket
drill sirlng lambs yesterday at $8.40
and clipped grass wethers from Texas
at $0.00 probably not quite the limit
of prices in either class. Clipped
lainbs are worth up to $7.75 fat gouts
$4.25 thin goats for the county $3.25
to $3.75.
Kansas City Stock Yards June 8.
Receipts in the quarantine division at
Kansas City yesterday totaled 232
loads market weak to 10 lower. Ren-

work makes the machine run
more smoothly as long as you
want and at a cost that is
really insignificant.
Let us demonstrate one of
these small motors show you
how easily attached and
