Workers, from left, are Louis Hood, Sam Harris, and Mack Booker. The crew will repair 35 blocks in the complete project using 3,538 tons of asphalt at a total cost of $25,299 according to Hood. The crew worked one block at a time so as not to disrupt traffic."
