We don't claim to cure everything but we do claim that un-
der our treatment more chronic diseases are cured than under
a.ny other. Diseases obstinate to other treatments yield to the
improved methods which we apply. We succeed because in ad-
dition to the principles of medical science we employ all the latest
and best apparatus known to the medical profession.

Opera House Undergoes Thorough
Cleaning Up Better Order.
The pera house managers have
had three men busy the past two
days giving the house a thorough
cleaning up. Seats are being
cleaned and screwed firmly to the
floor and the floor is receiving a
scrubbing. It makes a big change
for the better in the genera! ap
pearance and atmosphere of the
house.
Mr. Dwyer said to an Express
reporter "The house will be run
decently or not at all. It is our
purpose to make it a comfortable
and pleasant place for anyone to
spend an evening. We are going
to have good order iu the house
too. We shall put policemen on
duty and the first fellow who gets
obstreperous will be fired out and
he will stay out. We dont want
people iu the house who don't know
how to behave. All ungentle
manly conduct in the entrance gal
leries or any place else will be sup
pressed. We also intend to have
better plays. We don't want any
more 'Maloney's Weddings.' If
we can't have good plays we don't
want any."
The theatre-going public will
heart il y approve of the improve-
ments made in the house and the
new policy adopted.
When Man is Really Old
There has been very little if
any change in the duration of
man's life since the days of the
patriarchs that is some 4000 or
5000 years ago. Every one did
not attain to great age in those
days any more than they do today
for various reasons stated in the
Bible. Abraham lived to be 175
years old (but his younger brothers
appear to have died before him).
Abraham's wife Sarah lived to be
127 years old; Isaac lived to be 180;
Jacob lived to be 147; Joseph lived
to be no; Kohatt lived to be 133;
his son Amram lived to be 137;
his son Moses lived to be 120;
Aaron was three years older than
his brother and died some years
before him; Joshua lived to be no.
The number of jersons reported
in 1900 as centenarians and over
was: England 170; Ireland 578;
Scotland 46; Sweden 10; Norway
23; Belgium 5; Denmark 2;
Switzerlanp none; Spain 401;
Servia 575; France 213. This is
not by any means a complete list
as only some countries are given
but it helps to prove that we
should live to be i?o yeais ex over
and that we do not do so was not
the plan or intention of the Al
mighty. Chicago Journal.

The readers of this pater will be
pleased to learn that there is one
dreaded disease that science has
been able to cure and that is catarrh.
Hall's Catarrh Cure is the only js-

constitutional disease requires a
