islature a bill to establish at Ohe-
cotah a superior county court for
McIntosh county after the fash-
ion of Pittsburg Muskogee and
other counties of large popula-
tion where the volume of busi-
ness makes these courts neces-
sary It would seem that taxes
in McIntosh county are not al-
ready high enough to suit Oheco-
tah and she wishes to add to the
confiscatory taxes already in
force But in case a superior
court is established the people of
the whole county— and not Che-
Totah — pay the bill
