adopted the 3rd day of February
1958 an election to be held in
said school district is hereby
called to be held on the 25th
day of February 1958 for the
purpose of submitting to the
qualified electors thereof the
following proposition:
PROPOSITION
Shall Independent School
District No 7 of Pottawatomie
County Oklahoma incur an
indebtedness by issuing its
negotiable coupon bonds in the
sum of Five Thousand and
No100 ($500000) Dollars to
provide funds for the purchase
of transportation equipment
and repairing existing transpor
tation equipment and levy and
collect an annual tax in addi-
tion to all other taxes upon the
taxable property of such District
sufficient to pay the interest
on such bonds as it falls due
and also to constitute a sink
ing fund for the payment of
the principal thereof when due
said bonds to bear interest not
to exceed the rate of 5 per
centum per annum payable
semi-annually and to become
due within ten years from
their date

sold at public auction to the
highest bidder for a cash bonus
to be paid upon confirmation of
the sale of said lease or leases
and shall be for a term of five
(5) years and aS long thereafter
as oil gas or other minerals
may be produced in paying
quantities from said lands Said
lease or leases will provide for
the payment to lessor of annual
delay rentals in the amount pf
One Dollar ($100) per acre and
a royalty of one-eighth (14th) of
all oil gas and other minerals
produced and saved from said
lands said delay rentals and
royalty to be paid to the lessor
In the proportion which said de
ceased's mineral interest bears
to the whole and undivided fee
Notice is hereby given that the
return of sale to be filed as re-
quired by law shall be heard by
said Court immediately after
said sale has been held on the
said 26th day of February 1958
or as soon thereafter as the same
may be heard by the Court
