This Week’s Sermonet
Almost 2000 years ago the angel said “Fear Not”.
This should bring joy into the hearts of men and
especially to the child of God. God has promised
us that he would never leave us nor forsake us-
Hebrews 13:5.
Men may try to destroy us but we have God’s
promise to be with us.
We find many examples in the Bible of men who
tried to destroy Christians and were caught in their
own traps.

downfall but Daniel was a praying man and God did
not forsake him. Even though he was cast into the
den of lions God delivered him but those who plot-

God will deliver them from the snare of their ene-
mies.

been cast, bound, into the fiery furnace but we also
see God as he walks with them and they are de-
livered but those who cast them in lost their lives.
Therefore let us take courage and fear not. Our
