Defendants’ whereabouts are
unknown to the Plaintiff and after
diligent effort cannot be ascer-
tained; that the above named
Defendants are not residents and
cannot be found either within or
without the State of Oklahoma; and
It appearing that this is an action
for foreclosure of a mortgage upon
the following described property:
Lot Six (6), less the East Five
(5) feet, of Block One (1), in the
Country Club Heights Addition
to Tulsa, Osage County, State of
Oklahoma, according to the
recorded plat thereof;
which property is located within the
Northern Judicial District of
Oklahoma and that said Defendants
claim some right, title, or interest in
said property and they proper and
necessary parties.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that
service be obtained upon said
Defendants by publication of a copy
of this Order once a week for six
consecutive weeks in a newspaper of

TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff
has filed herein a Motion to Confirm
Sale in the above entitled cause.
That said Motion to Confirm Sale
will be heard before Judge J. R.
Pearman, in Room 302 of the Osage
County Courthouse on the 13th day of
February, 1987, at 3:30 o'clock P.M.
You must appear at said time and
present any objections to the said
sale proceedings or the Motion to
Confirm Sale will be sustained and
the sale confirmed.

S aid property was sold at public
sale to Dora F. Davis, Gracie M.
Sanford, Betty N. Forrest and
Barbara J. Hudson, who bid as a
single entity for the sum of $52,500.00
in cash at 10 percent down and 90
percent due upon confirmation of
said sale by the Court. Reference is
hereby made to said Return of Sale
for further particulars.
That a hearing on said Return of
Sale has been set for the 13th day of
February, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock A.M.,
at which time and place any person
interested may appear and show
cause, if any there be, why such sale
should not be confirmed.
