It’s Happening
At School

1 attended the State FFA convention last Wednes-
day, and boy, what a great experience it was! They
do every thing big down there and it was quite a pro-
duction. Congratulations to Brooklan Light for win-
ning her runoff to be the latest in a long line of state
officer from the Garber FFA chapter. She has made
Garber Public Schools very proud!
GHS track teams brought home several medals
from the State meet held last week. The girls team
finished in 7th place overall, while medaling in three
different relays and four individual events. Jenni
Beebe was state runner up in the high jump!. GHS
boys placed in two relays. Rodney Phelps w as state
runner up in the boys 300H! Great job kids, way to
finish out the school year!
Congratulations to the Senior class of 2017, we

Jamey Denison is an independent songwriter who has toured throughout the country performing in church-
es, auditoriums, and appearing on television and radio. Denison has performed in many mainstream and
independent churches as well as many Christian and Charitable organizations.
He has had songs signed with major publishing companies such as Homeland and Chestnut Mound in
Nashville and has single releases that have been distributed across the United States and Canada by Coastal
Promotions, Heartfelt Productions and Dream Wind Records. His smooth, laid-back style has been coined
“Southern Pop”, w ith a performance that is upbeat, encouraging, and appealing to audiences of all ages.
Jamey writes about faith, hope, love, and life. His songs are refreshing and thought-provoking with lyric
content that is known for its biblical soundness, and originality. One of the most meaningful compositions he
has penned. "God Holds The Puzzle" is the most requested in his concerts and recording sales. This song is
included on a "Best of Jamey Denison" CD which was released in 2010 on the provision Records label. An
additional "Best Of-Volume Two was released in January of 2016. Jamey is now performing songs from his
eighth CD. “Truer Than True”.
