both of Florida, for placing in the bullriding event at the WOS/NIRA
rodeo last weekend in Altus. Manuel took first place in the final go
round, third in the long go and first in average score. He is ranked No.
1 in bullriding in the Central Plains Region, which consists of
Oklahoma, Kansas and southwest Missouri. Davis won in the long go,
'placed fourth in average and ranks as the No. 2 bullrider in the Region.
