The first annual Quartz Mountain Musical Festival will get underway
7:30 p.m., Saturday, at the Quartz Mountain Fun Park Grandstand.The
festival will feature, Western, Bluegrass and Western Swing music. It
will include entertainment provided by The Sounds of the Southwest.
Glen Bonham and Southern Tradition and the Cimarron Station Band.
Advanced tickets may be purchased for $6 from the Jackson,
Harmon, and Greer County Co-operative Extension offices. Tickets at
the gate will be $7.
RV parking space will available on the grounds and the camp ground
will be open from Friday through Monday. Reservations and further
information may be made by calling the Quartz Mountain Fun Park
(405) 563-2511.
The park grandstand is located at the entrance of Quartz Mountain
State Park.
