shall be enclosed in envelope and marked "Bids for Oil and Gas
Leases" and DATE of sale
IMPORTANT: Separate bid and check must be made on each
Tract (Bid forms furnished on request)
TERMS OF LEASE SALE: No bid of less than 8200 per acre will
be considered and all bids must be accompanied by cashier's check in
the amount of 25c'c of such bid If drilling contract is bid in addition
to bonus then an additional cashier's check in the amount of 825000
