This Agreement made and entered
Into this lath day of January 1961 by
and between Hoover Equipment Comna-
ny Oklahoma City Okla hereinafter
celled Lessor and Cleveland County
District No 11 a municipal Corporation
acting by and through its Board of
County Commissioners pursuant to a
resolution duly adopted at a regular
meeting on the lath day of January
1961 hereinafter referred to as Lessee
WITNESSEITH:
1 Lessor for and in consideration
of the covenants and agreements here-
inafter set forth does hereby lease
and let to Lessee the following de-
scribed personal property hereinafter
referred to es esuipment to-wit:

2 Lessee acknowledges receipt of
said equipment in good order and con-
dition and has examined inspected
same and it is agreed that said equip-
ment is of the size and type needed
for Its uses and purposes and that
