THE WESTERN Oklahoma State College Children with Special Needs class of Jan Shera had as
guest speaker recently L. W. Wendling, of Altus Optical. He addressed the class on the subject of hear-
ing loss and demonstrated several types of hearing aids. Using a large cross-section diagram of the
outer and inner ear, Wendling explained how the human ear functions.
