Base Office
Rated Tops
The Altus AFB Accounting
and Finance Office has been
praised for the excellent rating
it achieved in the recent
general inspection.
During the vigorous IG in-
spection, the three inspectors
who reviewed accounting and
finance procedures did not find
one single major operational
discrepency.
Headquarters MAC reports
this is the first time for a MAC
Accounting and Finance Office
to perform so well in a general
inspection.
The accounting and finance
office, consisting of 48 military
and civilian employes, is in
constant qualitative and
quantitative competition with
the other 10 MAC accounting
and finance offices.
Every month each office is
rated for accuracy and
timeliness in 28 separate rating
areas in addition to the
propriety of pay and travel
vouchers.
