vanilla together. Whip cream until
stiff, fold in egg mixture. Serve over
wedges or pie.

Beat cream cheese until soft; add
eggs, one at a time whipping into
cream cheese, add flour. whit in 1/2
can of condensed milk, reserve the
other half for sauce Whip in cream
and chocolate syrup; whip in ex-
tracts. Make sure mixture is well
blended
Pour into pie shell and bake for 45
minutes at 375° until puffy and
golden brown on top Cool
Using an R inch lace doily. lav on
top of cooled pie and sift 2 tblsp
powdered sugar over top. Carefully
remove doily Lace pattern appears
Serve with Bailey’s Sauce recipe
below
Divide topping into thirds and
place in three small bowls. To make
the first or bottom layer, add to the
topping;
1/2 tsp. green food coloring
1/2 tsp. mint extract
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Pour into pie crust and smooth top.
To make the second or middle
layer, add to the topping:
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Carefully place over the mint layer
in the pie crust. smooth off top or
layer carefully.
I o make the third or top layer, add
to the topping;
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cher-
ries (reserve 3 tsp, for garnish)
1 arefully add to the other layers
the cherry layer. Pile this layer high
to form peaks. Sprinkle reserve
cherry bit over top
Place in freezer for at least two
hours before serving. Cut and serve
frozen slices.
