AND APPORTIONMENT MADE IN PURSUANCE TO A ItESOLUTiON AP-
POINTING APPRAISERS passed on the 211d day of Fetiruary 1925 by the
Mayor and Commissioners of thq City of Enid Oklahoma and levying a special

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS OF TIIE
CITY OF ENID GARFIELD COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA that
Section 1 That the appraisement and apportionment heretofore made
and filed on the 1th day of February 1925 made and tiled in pursuance to
a resolution passed and approved on the 2nd nay of February 1925 by the
Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Enid Oklahoma aforesaid by the
appraisers therein appointed which appraisement and apportionment was by
resolution passed and approved on the 2lid day of March 1925 approved
ratified and adopted an reviewed and revimed by the Mayor and Commission-

of land herein amsessed and charged with any portion of the coat of such
improvement shall have the privilege of paying the amount of their re-
spective assessnients without interemt to the City Clerk of eatid Oklahoma
eforesaid within thirty (30) daymIcem the date of the publication of this
ordinance and in the event payment of such asseesment Is made within the
said thirty (30) days allowed such payment Is allowed without interest
Section 5 That the fleat Inetallinent Of assessment herein levied shall
be due and payable with the interemt en the whole assessment on the first
day of September next succeeding the passage of this Ordinance and one
installment with the yearly interest en the whole amount remaining unpaid
ithall be payable on the first day of September of each year until all shall
1e paid In case any installment and interest is not Paid when due the
said installment so matured and unpaid and the unpaid Interest thereon
shall draw intereet at the rate of twelve (III) per cent per annum from
ntaturity until paid and if the said work or any part thereof not less than
one block ellen not be completed and approved until after August first and
the assessing ordinance shall not have been peened the first installment of
such ammesionent and interest aforesaid shall be due and Payable on the first
day of September of the following year
Section 1 By reason of the fatt that the City of Enid Oklahoma has
cbligated itself to bowie bonds or erteurities for the payment of the improve-
ment for which assessments are herein levied and that delay might cause
litigation and expense to said city now therefore for the preservation of
of tho public peace health and wifely an emergency is hereby declared te
exist so that this ordinance shall lake effect and be in force upon its pas-
sage approval and publication

warehouse They also had a couple
of large storage tanks brought here
recently and are having foundations
made for them
