been brought and that the above
named plaintiff has caused garnishes

Turner for the purpose of securing
possession of certain property credits
or etteetx In the hands of the said
P E Harper and Roy J Turner be
longing to said defendant and that

lars flied herein by the said plaintiff
on or before the 12th day of Septem-
ber 1920 or said petition will be
taken as true and a judgment for
said plaintiff for 1115952 and costs
will be renoered accordingly and sus-
taining the saM garnishment herein
