At Dinner-Dance
The Sportsman's club was the
scene of festivity Thursday even-
ing when the remodeled and re-
decorated Green room was opened
with a buffet dinner and dance
This also opened a contest among
members for a name for this new
room

Mrs Nicholas Simon Hungarian
refugee who arrived in Oklahoma
City in December with her hus-
band and son will be the featured
pianist with the Oklahoma City
Symphony orchestra Sunday eve-
ning when the orchestra plays a
benefit performance All funds will
be forwarded to the International
Rescue committee in New York
which organization has played a
dramatic part in the rescue of be-
leaguered Hungarians
Mrs Simon will appear in the
latter half of the program The
first part will be the symphony's
regular broadcast with a national
appeal for funds to help the Hun-
garians both those in the United
States and the thousands still
stranded in Austria

this concert Their planning com-
