Mary E Peace will take notice that thev
have been sued in the above named court by
said pialntiff the Pittsburg Mortgage Invest-
mentCompany for the sum of 15013 with in-
terest at the rate of 10 per cent per annum
from the 1st day of January 1911 alleged to
be due plaintiff upon certain notes exe
ented by defendants and that said defend-
ants are farther sued in said action by said
plaintiff for the foreclosure of a certain
mortgage alleged to have been executed by
said defendants to said plaintiff for tbe pur-
pose of securing the payment of said notes
