Coalgate There Is plenty of
room for them here and many
things are needed As w have
said the spirit of business in Coal-
gate is exceptionally healthy
and her business men transact
business in a business-like man
ner They are courteous and
affable and at tbe same time
shrewd and independent The
people of Coalgate live peace-
ably together They are not
iron to stirring up
euds or creating factions They
have theircompetition and friend
ly rivalries like all the rest of the
world but remain friends through
it all They are not wild-idead
or given to excitement or frenzy
over every new craze but are
temperate wisely conservative
peaceful and cordial to each o h-
er The people of Coalgate pos-
sess e high degree of culture and
refinement and are cosmopolitan
enough to welcome all who come
with proper motives
