and I stopped at Bra ums in Cushing for an unnecessary

The men s team was made up of Pete Kelley, catcher
David Dickenson pitcher Lyndell Harmon, first base
Robert Hammock, second base Billy Carroll. third base
Benny Shipman, short stop Tony Hammock, left field;
Carl Jackson, right field and alternating innings and play-
ing center field were Chris and Timmy Dickenson.
Playing on the women's team were me, catcher. Garnet
Hansen, pitcher Robin Dickenson, first base Jackie
Metz, second base Daria Silcott, third base Lynda Ship-
man. short stop Mary Lou Hunziker. .eft field Stephania
Hunziker, right field and Melissa Knight, center field
The umpire was Mrs.Carl Jackson and score Keeper
was Sandra Silcott.
Before the game began Happy Birthday was sung to
Robin Dickenson. Following the game a picnic was en-
joyed by all
Attending the gathering, but not playing in the ball
game, were Terri Metz. Jeff Dickenson. Deana Jackson.
Norman Hammock. Sandra Silcott and Sandy Fry.
There were only three injuries during the six innings of
play and despite the hot, humid day everyone enjoyed the
game
Lynda shipman is already planning another outing with
another game pitting the men against the women
However. I think it will take everyone awhile to get over
their soreness. We will just have to wait and see what she
is planning for all her victims

formed that an aunt and uncle Buster and Nellie Radford
had returned to Oklahoma to retire The couple have beer.
Arizona residents for many years it will be good to have
them around again While I was Living in Phoenix, Ariz
spent a lot of time with the couple and have really missed
them. Anyway, not comes the chore of finding them a
pace to live.
Talk about embarassing Monday night I saw friends
Joe Ann Collins, Cleva Guillot and Les Metz Im not sure
if I want to call him a friend or not it was still on the
warm side that day, and like always I was wandering
around m my boot socks. : shoes Joe .Ann Collins was the
first to ask me as to the whereabouts of my shoes I ex-
plained to her that I didn't have any well she decided
right then and there to take a collection to buy me a pat-
Well. Les Metz was the first to offer his assistance, he dug
in his pocket and pulled out a dime Now can you see why
I question his friendship Well. I guess I can forgive him
this time
