was hard work too.

I wish to say to the subscrib-
ers that Miss Engles has driven
many miles and spent many
hours obtaining these stories. I
know that she is trying to build
the best weekly paper in the
state. Also, build Mannford and
the surrounding communities
into a Metropolitan city. So I
am suggesting to you that you
show your appreciation to her
by doing your best to obtain at
least one new subscriber to the
paper as a holiday present to
her.
Everything in my stories has
been the absolute truth,
nothing left out and nothing
added. I have just tried to show
all of you a true picture of the
hardships, pleasures and satis-
factions of homesteading in the
Triangle.
OUR ROOM
Our room is decorated with
snowmen, Indians. On our
bulletin board there is a foot
ball and Mrs. Rhoades picture
is in the ball. Then it says our
team. Then our picture is
below. Danny, Casey, Dwayne,
Todd and Jamie and Jimmie
does not have apicture so Mrs.
Rhoades put a suqare piece of
paper and put there names on
it. They do not get the piec of
papper took down untill they
bring a picture of then.

has been a very sick little girl.
