Lightner's, 1800 So. Fourth, on a
charge of petty larceny, involving
the alleged theft of hair spray and
other items, by Chickasha Police
Officer Tony Hays.
Ramiro Steven Guerrero, 25, of
110 Sooner Rd., was arrested on
Wednesday on a charge of feloni-

John W. Stone.
Stone said he was called to a lo-

with a report of shots being fired in
the air and pointed at residents. A
man whom residents identified as
Guerrero is alleged to have come
to the driveway of the house with a
scoped rifle, pointed the rifle at
two people on the porch, and fired
the shot. He then reportedly began
walking away and, as he walked,
he was said to have fired another
shot.
The residents told where they
thought he had gone, and Guerrero

threw her off of the porch. She ran
to Brothers Country Store and
called the police station.
The officer said he could see
where her hair was pulled out.
Numerous strands of it were on her
shirt, and she continued to remove
loose hair from her head as she
made the report. Also, her right ear
was red and swollen, and her skin
was red in the area of her right ribs.
She also had a large scrape on the
lower portion of her left leg.
The officer said he asked the
victim's boyfriend why he did not
defend Reimer against the attack.
He said he did not want to be
charged with assault.
