This company has an order from a prominent Life Insurance company for $50000 worth
of Farm Mortgages at 5 1-2. and 6 per cent depending upon character of the farms and on the
responsibility of the borrowers plus the usual and reasonable commissions;
Applications are wanted from Grady County fanners who may deal direct with this com-
pany or through their regular agents.
t I.
Life insurance money is also available for city loans through this company whose loans ..
do not exceed 50 per cent of the cost or actual value of the properties. These loans are not ac-'
ceptable on properties over 5 years of age except business properties. Loans wanted in any
of the good towns and cities of the state.
For 20 years I have represented the EMPLOYEES BUILDING AND i LOAN ASSOCIA-
TION of Guthrie Oklahoma making loans in Chickasha. It has been a satisfactory relation
for these many years. Loans for this Association are wanted where amounts are reason-
able and loans may be closed quickly as in thje past. For the past 3 months there has been
delay in closing these loans but for several months to probably include November money
will be more plentiful and better service can be given.
