Law enforcement officials from across Grady and Caddo County rushed to the scene of a drowning on the west side of Lake
Chickasha Friday night. Keith Ross, who was declared dead at the scene, was taken to Smith Funeral Home in Anadarko.
He reportedly drowned while swimming in approximately nine feet of water.

“Frank’s Life" as a part of the
continuing capital fundraising
campaign for the purchase
and renovation of the Washita
Theatre.
“Frank’s Life" is presented
with the cooperation and sup-
port of the Knights of Colum-
bus and is sponsored with
matching funds by AAL.
Performances are Thurs-
day, Friday and Saturday,
Sept. 19-21, at 7:30 p.m. and
on Sunday, Sept. 22. at 2 p.m.
at the Knights of Columbus
Hall. Seventh and Colorado.
Tickets are $12 for the
show and intermission
refreshments, and 2002-03
CCT members can purchase
discounted tickets for $10. All
profits are dedicated to the
Washita Theatre Building
Fund.
