of Sevier Funeral Home.
Fern B. Harris was born
January 23, 1919, in Rush
Springs, the daughter of Roy and
Ida (Goins) Holder and died
Monday, December 4, 1995, in
Chickasha.
She and Oliver Harris were
married July 7, 1934, in Alex.
Mrs. Harris was preceded in
death by both her parents, two
sisters, and one brother.
Survivors include her husband,
Oliver, of the home; four sons,
Ray Harris of Chickasha,
Tommy Harris of Ardmore,
Jerry Harris of Chickasha, and
Freddie Harris of Chickasha;
three daughters. Let a Holt of
Chickasha, Janet Bradley of
Farmington, New Mexico, and
Tina Davis of Dallas, Texas;
three sisters, Cleo Armstrong of
Alex, Ila Fay Gaye of Alex, and
Bobbie Drummond of Alex; one

Davis. He died Monday,

Dwain came to the Cyril area
in 1936, at the age of ten. He
later served in the United States
Army during World War II.
Following the war, Dwain
worked for many years at the
APCO Refinery, and later for
the Oklahoma Refining
Company. He retired from
ORC in 1984, after 38 years of
service. Dwain was also an
accomplished carpenter. He
continued working as a carpenter
for many years after his
retirement. Dwain was a
member of the Cyril Masonic
Lodge where he was a 32nd
degree Mason.

Funeral services for Simon H.
Koehn, 95. of Chickasha, will be
held at 10 a.m., Friday,
December 8, 1995, in the
Plainvicw Mennonite Church.
Simon H. Koehn was born
July 19, 1900, in Pauls Valley,
the son of Henry C. and Carrie
(Jantz) Koehn, and died
Tuesday, December 5, 1995, in
Chickasha.
As a small boy, Mr. Koehn
moved to Grady County where
he lived for 91 years of his life.
He farmed in the area until 1963
when he semi-retired and then
did yard work.
He and Carrie Unruh Jantz
were married April 11, 1926, in
Chickasha.
Mr. Koehn was a member of
the Plainview Mennonite Church.
He was preceded in death by
his parents, Henry and Carrie
Koehn, six brothers, and two
sisters.
Survivors include his wife,
Carrie Koehn of the home; two
daughters, Mrs. Virgil
(Dorothy) Koehn of Chickasha,
and Velma Jantz of Chickasha;
one sister, Ester Koehn of
Moundridge, Kansas; three
grandchildren, seven great-
grandchildren. and numerous
nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in the
Plainview Mennonite Cemetery
under the direction of Sevier
Funeral Home.
