NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT Applicant In this Cause I*
requesting that the Commission
issue an order establishing 640
acredrilling and spacing units for
the production of gas and gas
condensate from the Chester
formation and extending 640 acre
drilling and spacing unit* far the
production of gas and gas con
densate from the Atoka, Upper
Springer, Lower Springer,
Morrow, Huddleston, Marchand,
Upper Deese, Middle Deese, and
Lower Deese formations un
derlying section 14 of Township 3
North, Range 8 West, of Grady
WHEREFORE, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and
this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and
publication

AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ALEX, GRADY COUNTY,
STATE OF OKLAHOMA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 6.
ARTICLE 1. SECTION 61, AS
HEREINAFTER SET OUT, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ALEX, GRADY COUNTY,
STATE OF OKLAHOMA
SECTION 1 That Chapter 6,
Article 1, Section 6-1 of the Code of
the Town of Alex, Grady County,
Oklahoma, be amended to read as
follows
"Sections 1 From and after the
effective date of this Ordinance,
any new pipe installed for the
purpose of transportation of
natural gas within the town limits
of the Town of Alex. shall be
constructed of a minimum pipe
grade requirement of PVC 2360,
and any installation shall be in-
stalled with a minimum in
stallation requirement of fuse
type joints."
SECTION 2. It being Im-
mediately necessary for the
public health, peace and safety of
the citizens of the Town of Alex,
Grady County, Oklahoma, that an
emergency be declared
WHEREFORE, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be in force
and effect immediately from and
after its passage, approval and
publication
