chasers of oil and gas ahd all other
persons in the State of Oklahoma
and particularly in Noble County
Oklahoma
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Corporation Commission of the
State of Oklahoma will conduct a
hearing in its Court Room In the State
Office Building Oklahoma City Okla-
homa on the fth day (if Decem-
ber 1956 at 16 o'clock A M- on the
application filed by James B Kite
for an order of the Commission es-
tablishing drilling andor spacing
units of 10 acres In size with the
well authorized to be drilled thereon
in the center of each 10-acre tract
for the development of common sources
of supply of oil or gas which may
be produced from the Mlsener Sand
found at approximately 5175 to 5192
feet and the Second Wilcox Sand
found at approximately 6860 fee t
and covers approximately the foil ow-
ing described area to-wit:
Sections Four (4) Five (S) Six
(6 Seven (7) Eight (8) and Nina
(9) Township Twenty (20) North
Range Two (2) West Kobls Coun-
ty Oklahoma
and establishing within aaid area drill-
ing and spacing units of 10 acts each
for the further development and pro-
duction of oil and gas from said com-
mon sources of supply all pursuant to
Title 62 Oklahoma Statutes 1951 Sec
871
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that
regardless of the pleadings or recom-
mendations of interested parties juris-
diction of the Commission is not limited
herein to adopt the said requested
or recommended spacing but the Coitt-
mission expressly reserves the right to
enter an Order that the evidence state-
ments and proof show would be Just
and proper to prevent waste protect
correlative rights and provide for the
greatest ultimate recovery
At said time and place alt persons
may appear and be heard on said
application
