plaintiff Victor S Dunn on September
24 1956 filed his petition in the Dis-
trict Court of Oklahoma County State
of Oklahoma against the said defend-
ants and that said defendants must
answer said petition herein on or be-
fore the lath day of December 1966
or said petition will be taken as true
and judgment rendered in said action
quieting the title in the plaintiff to the
following described property located
and situated in Oklahoma County Ok-
lahoma as follows to-wit
A One and One-half (1H) acre
tract of land in the Southeast
Quarter (SE1) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE1) of Section One (1)
Township Twelve (12) North
Range Two (2) West of the Indian
Meridian Oklahoma County Ok-
lahoma more particularly described '
as follows: BEGINNING at a point
In the center of the section line end
the Intersection of the South line
of the County Highway a little
East of the Southwest corner of
the SKVi of the ££4 of said Sec-
tion 1 and running East along
the center of said Section line a
distance of 462 feet to & stake
thenr North a distance of 289 feet
to the South line of said County
Highway to a stake thence South-
westerly along said County High-
way 462 feet to the point of begin-
ning quieting the title In and to said prop-
erty In the plaintiff and forever bar-
ring and enjoining said defendants and
each of them and all persons claiming
by through or under them from any
right title or interest In and to said
land and premises or any part thereof
