homa City for Mondaynight Dec-
ember 13 at 7:30 o'clock in the prac-
tice court room The visiting team
is composed of Oklahoma City high
school alumni The question will be
resolved that there should be a
material increase in naval and mili-
tary arnament over that provided for
August 1 1915 The affirmative re-

here while the negative team com-
