Saturday, December 17, bringing
stockings full of goodies. He is
expected to arrive at 1 p.m., but
can only stay until 2:30 p in. So
come by, talk with Santa and tell
him your Christmas wishes.
O’Brien will also be offering
Christmas workshops in December.
Needlepunch is the first class of-
fered December 13 from 9:30 a m.
- 11:30 a.m. The fee will include all
supplies. Rhonda Mott is the in-
structor. The making of Christmas
wreaths will be offered on
December 20 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30
a.m. There will be a fee plus
supply costs. The supplies can be
purchased from the instructor,
Rhonda Mott, at 10 percent off the
regular price.

Nancy Crawford recently passed
the State Board of Nursing
examination and is now a
Registered Nurse. She was
graduated from OU Health Science
Center College of Nursing with a
B.S. in Nursing on May 14.
Nancy says nursing comes from
her heart. She believes anyone who
wants to be a nurse should have
compassion and understanding for
people. Since 11-years-old her
dream was to become a nurse. And
now that dream has become
reality.
The new R.N. also has a B.S. in
psychology from O.S.U. She became

Hour at library
Drop-In Story Hour for children
ages three to five years old will be
every Wednesday from 10:30 to
1:15 a.m. beginning December 7
and continuing through April 25 in
Central Library's Story Hour Room,
Fifth Street and Denver Avenue.
No registration is required.
Librarians will read stories to
children and present participator)
activities including songs, chants,
fingerplays, creative movement and
activity games.
Children's Librarian Mitchell Zeff
said, "The story hour is an in-
troduction to many of the fine arts
- literature, dance, music, and the
theatre. It is more than just a
story hour."
