hattan Bank boosted its prime rate
today to 7y2 per cent.
Oklahoma City's official rainfall
for the year, recorded at Will Rogers
World Airport, is 25.19 inches, or
more than 51 a inches above the nor-
mal 19.61 inches for the year.

day with more than six inches of
rain and afflicted with flooding in
several areas, today was drying out
a bit, said Bob Good, assistant fire
chief.
"The rain stopped last night and
the water is all gone," Good said.
Thursday, some two dozen people
fled their homes because of the ris-
ing water. No injuries were report-
ed.
The Oklahoma City area got a
good soaking Thursday and there is
a 30 per cent chance for more rain
through Saturday, forecasters said.
Largest rainfall amounts in the city
area were Del City, 4.80; Edmond,
5.85, andt Tinker Air Force Base,
4:48.

LAWTON (AP) Southwest Task Force law
enforcement officers said today Caddo County
Sheriff T. L. Stuart blocked a Caddo and Grady
County narcotics raid scheduled for today.
The charge was leveled by Sgt. Carl Morrow
and officers Dean Nowe, Jim Ingram and Jarrold
Lewis of the Lawton police narcotics division.
Morrow serves as coordinator of the federally
funded task force, a program of the Association of
South Central Governments (ASCOG).
On Thursday, Nowe and Ingram met in Anadar-
ko with Asst. Dist. Attys. Tony Bums and Larry
Monard to present narcotics cases they had com-
