plans for the opening of the 14000
hamesteada in the Kiowa Comanche
and Wichita reservations There waa
a general agreement that it would not
do to make the distribution a free- for-
all scramble The Interior department
plan la to permit all who choose to
make applications and after making
tho application! to have a drawing
daily until the homesteads are taken

tor the merging of the Cltlsens State
bank bank with the Cltlsens National
bank The change will be perfected
